STALEKS at The Beauty Factor Conference in Miami, USA

Every year, participants from all over the world gather in one place to learn about fashion trends in the lash & brow industry.

The event is aimed at improving the level of skill. Every practicing lash specialist who wants to learn new techniques, acquire useful skills for work, communicate with colleagues, and exchange experience can participate in the conference.

Besides, the championship will be held as part of The Beauty Factor – for specialists who are confident in their skills. Two nominations:

• For specialists (with experience from a year  up to 2 years);
• For experts (with experience up to 8 years).

And several categories, according to the lash extension techniques: Classic, 2D and 3D, Mega Volume, Art (decoration of extension lashes) and Lash Lift (keratin-based silicone curling procedure). Each category has its own winner, whose work will be judged by judges from different countries.
